Quiz Tuesday, and Bond Wednesday!

Tuesday, November 28th will be our quiz on Chapter 10 (the 9 elements/3 values of film; check your notes for details), Goethe's "3 Questions" (What is the artist trying to do? How well has he done it? Was it worth doing in the first place?), and definitions of B-Movies and Cult Films (see previous posts). ASK ME if you have gaps in your notes; ignorance is no excuse!



This week we start an in-depth analysis of this famous British secret agent and how he continues to reflect our changing culture in twenty-one films that span over forty years. Check out the FAQ's and "Miss Moneypenny's Rolodex" on the site!
While the sixth (and blondest) Bond goes after the bad guys in theaters as you read this, in class we'll be watching the first Bond feature, Dr. No.
